Cambodia deposited the instrument of the Optional Protocol with the UN General Secretary on March 30, 2007 and as such it entered into force for the State on April 29, 2007.
Cambodia Must Honour Obligations under OPCAT
This is a statement issued by the Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) on March 14, 2007 calling the Cambodian government to honour its obligations under the CAT-Optional Protocol which was ratified earlier this year.
