One-Day Workshop Promoting the OPCAT

This year, to mark the UN International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, the Bangladesh Rehabilitation Centre for Trauma Victims (BRCT)conducted a one-day workshop for several prominent human rights activists to promote the signing and ratification of the OPCAT by the government.
